Director of Nursing / Wellness

Position Summary: Oversees resident health and wellness through regular resident monitoring and communication to the resident care team.  Provides hands-on supervision of the delivery of care by the personal care staff, ensuring quality and appropriate standards of care.  Provides direct nursing services to the residents ensuring optimal health and safety. In conjunction with the Assistant Executive Director, supports all policies, programs and philosophies of Country Meadows.  Other relevant duties as may be required or assigned by management.

Minimum qualifications:

• Current RN license in MD.
• Minimum of one year experience in assisted living or other health care.
• Prior supervisory experience in the healthcare industry preferred but not required.
