Job Description
* Responsible foroverseeing therapists in IL and MOand ensure they reach productivity goals,
* Work with the staffing coordinators to ensure sure they cover all the cases
* Develop andenforce clinical practice guidelinesandmaintain policies for Hospice services
* Monitor the QA departments to ensure coding is being done correctly
* Develop new programs(fall programs, cardiac programs)
* Hire new therapists

* PleaseDO NOT APPLYunless you have anactive P.T. licenseand at least3 years of PT management experience
* License is in the state of MO is preferred however candidates who are open to transferring licenses from other states will be considered as well
