Provide direction and managerial oversight of government service contracts located in Iraq. Direct the training for the program. Responsibilities:
The Prime Contract (SOC) shall assign the Director of Training to manage the Contractor’s “Program” overall training capability. This person shall: * Establishing and maintaining qualified instructional staff. * Report directly to the Local Program Manager residing in the LPMO Qualifications:
* Hold a Secret clearance. * Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in managing PRS type (firearms, defensive driving, etc..) training programs. * Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in protective security assignments at least three (3) of the above years of experience must have been in a supervisory capacity. This experience and background may have been gained in any of the following organizations: * US Government Agency Diplomatic Security Service * US Government Agency Security Service * US Federal Agencies Protective Service * US Special Operations Forces * US Military * Commercial executive protection services with military or police background. * Law enforcement experience * US Military Police/Criminal Investigation Division. * Local and state law enforcement agencies, with Emergency Services Unit, Special Weapons and tactical training.
* Physical and Mental requirements: * Must be able to sit for long periods of time. * Must be able to regularly walk, and bend. * Be capable of hearing ordinary conversation. * Capacity to think, concentrate and focus over long periods of time * Capacity to reason and make sound decisions * Ability to read complex documents in English language * Ability to write complex documents in the English language * Capacity to express thoughts orally (e.g., accurately, quick and loudly convey spoken instructions to workers) SOC, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer, M/F/D/V.
