    We have an immediate opportunity for a Divisional Director of Operations (DDO).

    This is a district manager-level position. DDO's are responsible for the growth and profitability of 10 - 15 branches in your division.



    Responsibilities:


  • Coach and develop branch employees


  • Perform branch audits in order to insure operational integrity


  • Evaluate operations for areas of opportunity and develop action plans for performance improvement


  • Resolve customer complaints


  • Direct recruitment, selection, training, and development of employees


  • Minimize employee turnover


  • Maintain company standards in the areas of appearance, marketing, collections, and customer service


  • Manage operations in a manner that results in the attainment of all financial goals


  • Develop local marketing programs


  • Ensure compliance with all State, Federal, and local laws


  • Frequent travel will be a necessity

    Requirements:

    General:


  • Must be 18 years of age


  • Valid drivers license


  • Reliable transportation


  • Clean criminal background



    Education:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required


  • College preferred



    Work Experience:


  • Experience in service/banking/collections industry or previous experience with cash advances and money handling (i.e., bank teller/CSR, etc.) is strongly preferred


  • Strong customer service background


  • At least one year of previous multi-unit management experience



    Skills:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Strong personal and management skills


  • Excellent time management skills


  • Ability to coach and develop team members
