DescriptionKey Role: Provide technical support to HR leadership in order to help ensure effective management of the region's alcohol and drug program. Provide monitoring and analysis of civilian drug testing, the IMCOM transition from central contract to the garrison Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP) function for the Department of Transportation (DOT), and the status of ASAP personnel receiving Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA) training and certification. Monitor submission of the installation Army Substance Abuse Program. Collect, evaluate, and share best practices in support of region civilian testing and the employee assistance program. Monitor submission of monthly 3711 reports. Monitor the installation quarterly driving under the influence (DUI) and urine analysis (UA) reports and provide analysis. This position is located at Ft. McPherson in Atlanta, lificationsBasic Qualifications: -10+ years of experience in a professional work environment -Experience with collecting, monitoring, assimilating, and reporting data -Secret clearance -BA or BS degree Additional Qualifications: -Experience in working with the US Army -Experience in working with an alcohol and drug program
