Description
Position Overview
HireRight is expanding its domestic and global drug and health screening product offering and capabilities, and is seeking a seasoned and energetic sales operations and business development professional to help lead key related efforts. This position will have responsibility for building and executing on the company’s sales operation and business development strategies for both established and targeted geographic markets, including requirements gathering, development and coordination of domestic and global drug and health screening sales and marketing efforts. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Drug and Health Screening with matrix responsibilities to Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Operation functions. Travel is required and will consist primarily of U.S. with some international travel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Sales, Marketing and Product)
* Develop and coordinate a DHS solution sales plan to HireRight’s U.S., International and Transportation businesses
* Lead the development of cross business incentive and commission structure that drives the achievement of the sales plan and motivates the account management and sales teams to achieve the organization’s sales goals
* Provide input on competitor pricing and price positioning to the finance and accounting team and customer facing sales teams
* Create and maintain detailed DHS product descriptions and marketing materials
* Provide local support for execution of marketing plans to achieve business objectives
* Develop product marketing materials and manage local marketing campaigns including presentations, web content collateral and educational marketing demos
* Serve as liaison between Charlotte office and Altegrity companies’ sales teams to insure coordination and optimization of DHS sales efforts
* Provide DHS sales support, including demos, on site presentations, teleconferences and unique proposal support, for Altegrity companies
* Develop and coordinate DHS product and market-specific sales training programs for all Altegrity companies, SMEs and sales staff
* Research DHS trends, competitors, and products in direct and adjacent markets to identify product opportunities
* Uncover, analyze and prioritize market requirements to support DHS sales
* Assist management, operations and software development team to ensure functional designs meet business requirements
* Serve as liaison with DHS operations for account implementation and strategic account
The following skills and experiences are necessary to be successful in this role…
* Bachelor’s degree required; Masters degree preferred
* Combination of 8+ years of product, operations management, sales and marketing experience preferably in drug and health screening
* Software enabled service business experience desired
* Experience in drug and health or background screening services a plus
