Job Description

* Manage the overall application ofelectrical and mechanical engineering principlesto product design
* Provide leadership, managerial, and administration skills to ensure high performance with the engineering team.
* Provide timely and objective performance reviews and other tools for routine feedback to direct reports to encourage good work performance.
* Compile and analyze operational, test, and perhaps research data toestablish design and performance standardsfor existing and new products.
* Actively participate in the selection of new employees, and administer/enforce established Company personnel policies.
* Develop the engineering team to provide adequate succession at all levels.
* Develop and manage budget for the engineering function.
