ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR COLLINS COLLEGE OF BUSINESS The Enrollment Management Coordinator oversees and proposes the planning, implementing, and evaluating of college advising, recruitment and retention initiatives specific to undergraduate programs for the Collins College of Business. This would include overseeing the timely review of senior graduation checks, freshman and sophomore advising sessions, transfer evaluations and prospective student visits as well as student record management. The EMC conducts Student Focus Group meetings each semester and serves as a professional resource and liaison in all areas of academic, advising and counseling to various constituencies such as academic departments, student support services, faculty, parents and the public. This position works with the Senior Enrollment Management Coordinator and the Assistant Dean in maintaining all the activities and programs of the Undergraduate Program office in providing training and ongoing guidance for the graduate assistants. Bachelor’s degree and 3 years experience in counseling or a student services related area; two years of college-level advising or secondary teaching experience.
