Summary Environmental Director is responsible for managing all hands-on operational aspects of Chenega Global Services, LLC. Assists the President in the aggressive and successful growth of the company.

1. Provide day-to-day leadership and management to the Environmental Division that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the company. 2. Responsible for driving the Environmental Division to achieve profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives. 3. Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of the division's internal and external processes. Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the division. 4. Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes. 5. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the Environmental Division. 6. Motivate and lead a high performance management team; attract, recruit and retain required members of the executive team not currently in place. 7. Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company. 8. Represents the Environmental Division with major customers, business partners and the public. 9. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Supervision Manages subordinate supervisor(s) who supervise employee(s); is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the Environmental Division. Also directly supervises non-supervisory employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees.

Education and/or Experience Bachelor's Degree (BA) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Clearance: A security clearance is preferred but not required.
