Sales Manager - Hotel Services This exceptional opportunity is perfect for candidates with the drive to boost revenues and profitability of an assigned location. Position is responsible for growing overall audiovisual revenue and profitability, while maximizing customer satisfaction from pre-event planning through post-event phases of service. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key hotel personnel to enhance the overall business relationship with hotel as well.
Requirements include minimum of AA/BS or equivalent experience, two or more years of audiovisual or sales experience preferably in a hospitality environment with responsibility for direct client interaction, MS Office and CRM software capabilities along with the ability to read and decipher financial reports.
Junior Sales Manager Responsible for soliciting new and repeat business through a proactive sales approach that incorporates consultative selling skills. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key hotel personnel to enhance the overall business relationship with hotel. Obtain definite bookings from the hotel, proactively contact customers, enter data and account notes and create professional bids and proposals by actively using PSAV systems and marketing tools. Utilize an understanding of costs associated with sales, including labor, commission and equipment outsourcing (ie. audio, visual, lighting, rigging, etc.) and work within established profitability guidelines. Utilize current company software, systems marketing tools and standard documents
AA/BS or equivalent experience, two or more years of audiovisual or sales experience preferably in a hospitality environment, prior audiovisual sales experience.
Operations Manager - Branch Office Oversees all transportation, logistics, and warehouse functions. Responsible for equipment quality control (QC) process and inventory tracking. Provides direct supervision of warehouse personnel, including: scheduling, timekeeping and performance management. Order and negotiate equipment from offsite vendors. Maintain all inventory levels and process paperwork as needed. Responsible for all shipping in and out of the facility. Facilitate the organization and maintenance of all storage areas. Work closely with the Sales Managers; Project Managers; and technicians to maximize profitability. Attend and actively participate in weekly production meetings. Directly supervises all warehouse personnel. Schedules staff as required by business volume. Performs initial yearly reviews of staff and maintains weekly timesheets. Trains and develops subordinates.
Bachelors Degree preferred, 5-7 years warehouse and logistics experience (transportation or warehousing, with leadership and staff analytical experience), analytical ability and understanding of financial analysis.

Assistant Director Event Technology This position will assist the Director of Event Technology in all audiovisual responsibilities: employee relations and development, property and vendor relationships, project/event management, scheduling, customer relationships and sales. Candidate must excel at managing day-to-day operations in a technical environment.
AA/BS preferred, a minimum of two or more years of audiovisual technical experience required; high level of proven customer service expertise
