Under very general supervision, provides advanced secretarial, administrative and business management support to a Senior Vice President and Division Group or to a Business Group Manager. May train or supervise other administrative employees. May function as a Deputy EEO/Affirmative Action Coordinator for a system group. Schedules corporate meeting chaired by the executive and staff. Refers, or personally attends to visitors inquiries and actions that do not require the executives attention. Coordinates administrative and logistical details associated with the day-to-day operations of the Executive. Prepares various spreadsheet reports to assist in data analysis for the Executive. Performs a variety of secretarial duties, which may be complex or confidential to include: travel arrangements, travel itineraries, agendas, advances, expense reports, submission of check requests, etc. May take and transcribe dictation into finished format to include: letters, memoranda, interoffice communications, confidential reports, and other corporate correspondence. Attends designated conferences and meetings and takes and transcribes minutes. Requires bachelors degree or equivalent, and two to four years of related experience.
