Field Quality & Logistics Manager
Partner closely with Distribution and Supply Chain Optimization, Field Finance, Regulator, and Human Resources to drive national supply chain initiatives and area and local operational excellence with Area Vice President, General Managers, Sales and Branch Ops Managers.
Qualifications/Work Experience
• 5 - 10 years in supply chain, logistics, distribution, and customer service experience. • Demonstrated interpersonal, managerial and diplomatic skills/talents; demonstrated ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of the organization. • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Applications • Prefer ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, etc.) • Ability to influence and lead a team of non-direct reports and cross-functional associates to achieve desired operational results • Demonstrated experience in project management. • Ability to apply technical applications to business processes. • Proven track record of process improvements based on sound problem-solving practices is highly desirable. • Self-starting, self-motivating mindset with the ability to work remotely.
Education and/or Special Training
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Logistics/Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience; Prefer MBA
