Alorica is seeking to hire a smart, motivated Corporate Controller for the Chino, CA Corporate Headquarter location.
Corporate Controller
Responsibilities:
.Responsible for all day to day operations of accounting including month end and year end close . Ensure and maintain financial records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principals (GAAP) . Produce accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external reporting . Analyze cash flow, cost controls and expenses and financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas . Ensure and implement accounting policies and procedures . Ensure and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards for integrity of financial statements and company assets
Qualifications:
. BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance or Business . 10 years experience in public / private accounting, big 4 CPA firm experience is preferred . Active CPA license is required . Strong management experience required; prior Controllership or financial leadership experience is preferred . Strong written and verbal communication skills; . Strong analytic and critical thinking skills
