Finance Manager
A bright, articulate CPA/MBA professional with executive presence is best suited. Partner with VP Operations, Director of Finance, and Subsidiary Controllers as you will lead a team of 3 financial professionals who will determining the profit “drivers” (qualitative and quantitative indicators for key performance area metrics of the business), preparing “what if” analyses, metrics analysis, doing capital project evaluation using ROI and DCF methodologies, and monitoring the performance of the division. Review all capital projects, % of completion spending to budgets by project along with cash flow analysis and variances. Develop detailed models and evaluate revenues streams, costs, S,G&A expenses, capital and manpower needs. Complete forecasts, operational budgets and 10 year strategic plans for $150M+ annual capital spend. Lead benchmarking and best practices forums. Improve all processes and internal controls to improve integrity of numbers. Coordinate and manage the monthly, quarterly and annual financial forecasting, accounting adjustments and accruals. Develop metric scorecard analysis. Provide support to financial reporting, earnings releases, all regulatory and government requirements and Board of Directors presentations. Assist the project managers and process leaders in the preparation and evaluation of projects and business decisions, complete acquisition analysis utilizing financial modeling to support your evaluations. Prepare presentations for management using PowerPoint. Participate in round table discussions with engineering, purchasing, operations, IT, and corporate. Develop and utilize divisional operating benchmarks. Guide and support the forecasting process.
