Finance Manager/Supervisor
OPPORTUNITY: Evaluate the performance of 500+ NA retail/service centers. Key on development of business analysis, forecasting, budgets, strategic planning, debt compliance and M&A initiatives. On a monthly basis, develop key business metrics on products, business units, market channel, and operating results and identify trends and reasons for variances to plan. Look at revenues, expenses, operating costs, cash flow, inventory, and operating results. Create Excel models that analyze P/L’s on location, products, and customers. Participate on development of monthly financial package and commentary. Massage business models/queries and develop short term forecasts. On an annual basis, coordinate global operating and capital budget for world class company that endorses best practices. To support business strategies and growth, participate on a wide range of ad hoc projects, examples: •Partner on planning of acquisition integration. •Conduct due diligence on future acquisitions. •Conduct ROI on changes in business model •Partner on kaizen events to improve business efficiencies. Focus on continuous process improvement. •Be a resource to analyze opportunities to improve margins, revenues and working capital; increase productivity and market channels; and/or lower operating expenses via outsourcing, best practices, or shared services. •Team member for ERP implementation. REWARD: $75-105,000 plus up to 10% bonus and excellent benefits.

Minimum Qualifications:REQUIREMENTS: MBA, CPA or CMA a plus. Seek 6+ years of business experience that includes Big 4 or national CPA firm training that includes involvement with multi-location retail/distribution businesses. Must have strong modeling and project management skills. Most important is a value adding personality with upside potential. Must be willing to travel 15-25% annually. Excel, Access, Hyperion, SAP, JDE, Oracle or SAP experience is a plus.
