Title: FINANCIAL ANALYST Location: Arkansas-Little Rock Financial Analyst Location: Little Rock or Conway, Arkansas
Duties and Responsibilities: Financial Analysts prepare budgets and reconcile budgets to actual expenses. They provide various forms of financial analysis for Leadership. Analysts identify cost reduction opportunities and provide financial management information to assist the Business Unit(s). Primary Responsibilities for this job include budgeting, monthly revenue and expense forecasting, product costing and product profitability reporting. Financial reporting to Corporate and Group level leaders, which will include strategic analysis, is also part of this opportunity. Other responsibilities include enforcing internal control policies and procedures, preparing business cases to support capital spending and working on Ad Hoc projects.
Required Skills: *6 years of related work experience AND Bachelors Degree in Accounting / Finance. *Budgeting and Forecasting experience, Analytical and modeling skills. *Qualified individuals must have the ability to work in a deadline intensive environment and be able to analyze financial data, draw conclusions and make suggestions. Good people and teaming skills are also important as you will have the opportunity to work with other team members and leaders throughout Acxiom. *Strong Microsoft Excel skills, as well as other MS Office skills and accounting software experience are a must.
Desired Skills: *CPA *Hyperion/Essbase experience. *PeopleSoft Financials, Business Case preparation, new product analysis, cost accounting or activity based costing experience.
