Our client, a property management company in Delaware seeks a business operations manager to join their growing team. The duties of the business operations manager are varied and exciting! Duties will include: Planning and Reporting - from annual sales plan to forecasting, budgeting and reporting Facilities Management - manage all sites making sure they present a pristine image. Personnel - supervise and develop site managers as well as recruiting and training new hires. Procurement - negotiate contracts for supplies, maintenance and other operating purchases. Receivables/Collections - review and control monthly delinquent tenant accounts and manage and assign credit.
