Aerotek Construction Services is currently looking for a Fire Alarm Service Executive to support their operation located in Bothell, WA.
Our Client is a global leader in fire safety and security. This position will require you to cold call and setup meetings with major property managers/developers to introduce company's and bid on the fire alarm testing contracts, fire alarm system upgrades, and security systems. Main Responsibilities:
Manage leads generated through service referrals and networking.
Visit the site to determine the scope of work.
Document all site conditions and create a scope of work for Service work.
Work with Systems Engineering and Sales to generate a quotation.
Coordinate Subcontractor quotes as required.
Develop quotations and secure new business with Management.
Position Requirements:
A bachelors degree in Business, Engineering or other related field is preferred. A High School Diploma is required.
Must have a minimum of 3-5 years sales experience within a demanding and fast paced environment.
Our Client would prefer experience with a large, premier, service entity dealing direct with Fire Alarm / Security systems.
Must possess a positive attitude and professional image with impeccable business ethics.
A results oriented person with a bias for action.
Highly professional with strong interpersonal skills; an articulate and highly effective communicator, both written and verbal. This leader must be capable of developing a high degree of respect from a wide range of individuals.
