Fitness Managers - Chicago (Sports Management/Operations)
We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Fitness Managers to join our team at our luxury locations in the Chicago region! This a great position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Assist in the development of the Personal Training staff
Ensure the highest level of customer service, quality of personal training sessions and continued growth of the Personal Training department
Develop the foundation from which the personal training business operates.
Co-manage the member services program.
Establish and maintain the highest standards of quality for the personal training program.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have the following experience, skills, and education:
2-3 years of previous experience as a Personal Trainer.
Proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness or professional setting.
Current CPR/AED certification.
Current national personal training certification.
Proven ability to coach and train staff.
Excellent communication, time management, organizational and follow-up skills.
Computer literacy.
Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly as well as passionate, intelligent and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry.
