Local Construction Company is seeking a skilled office assistant for their busy Riverside operations. Candidate must have 2-3yrs of recent office assistant exposure within the construction industry. Hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday and is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity.
The Office Assistant manages all project-related contracts, such as budgets and timeline and cost tracking and makes sure all conditions of each contract are met. They track all invoices, work authorizations, estimates and order changes. In addition, they coordinate and oversee the bid process, create project and construction project schedules and track all timelines of the project. Assisting with the companies job sites by coordinating job site materials. Initiates job contracts in Quick Books, as well as reconciles and AR. Additional Admin support with Filing, scanning, data entry on work orders and invoices, etc., and occasionally answer the phone.
Experience with work releases, BOL's and prelims. Utilizing Word-Excel-Outlook on a daily basis
