Global Account Manager
The Company is one of AVAYA's largest channel partners and a leading integrator of communications equipment and services for voice solutions and data networking applications. The Company provides business systems and advanced application solutions to Small, Mid, and Enterprise markets on a global level. They support many of the Fortune 1000 and multi-location accounts providing integrated technology products and services, and delivering technical expertise in contact centers, unified business applications, network infrastructure, collaboration, conferencing, presence awareness, video and VoIP solutions.
The Global Account Manager will achieve revenue and margin goals by:
Creating a robust sales pipeline within Enterprise prospects and customers.
Becoming a subject matter expert on Company’s products and services.
Understanding and presenting the corporate vision, strategy and organization.
Developing sales presentations and proposals to win new Enterprise customers.
Building relationships with manufacturer and global alliance partners.
Being accustomed to generating $500k in annual GP.
Interacting with all levels of the client, particularly strong COO and CFO relationships.
Work experience:
10+ years experience in B2B sales.
5+ years of telecommunications sales experience at the Enterprise level.
Experience selling Managed/Outsourced services a STRONG plus.
Comfort level selling projects in the $250-500k+ ranges.
Ability to travel overnight up to 25% and work from virtual office.
Technical Competencies:
A working knowledge of unified communications systems and technology including: - IP Telephony - Messaging - Contact Center - Video - Professional and Managed Services
Offering:
