Global Apparel Design Director Tennis
As our Apparel Design Director-Tennis, you'll provide creative leadership, direction and inspiration to a category Design team. You'll lead the team by providing key concepts and critical evaluation of projects to ensure the creative vision meets strategic and business goals. You'll also work with your Design counterparts in other areas of the business to ensure continuity and alignment across product lines. You'll develop or participate in business planning, budgeting, performance targets and policy development. You'll also utilize internal and external partnerships that leverage resources and enhance business group effectiveness. This opportunity also involves setting team and individual goals; coaching staff; and creating opportunities for staff development. You'll create original designs within a category that reflect Company's design philosophy and appropriately meet merchandising needs. You'll also be responsible for designing a limited number of styles. You'll communicate the creative vision and brand direction to the team and Nike stakeholders. In addition, you'll manage design product processes to ensure design deliverables and timelines are met.
