Global Equipment Merchandising Manager

As our Global Equipment Merchandising Manager, you'll provide leadership and functional excellence in the development of the merchandising strategy and execution for the category. You'll collaborate across product types and merchant partners to create and execute assortments while leading the integration from seasonal kick off through go to market. You'll provide a critical role in understanding key markets and gaining alignment from those partners on the category vision. Your key to this role is in communication across product types, category functions, geographies and key territories. You'll partner with the global brand team in creating seasonal directives that bring the assortments to life at retail. You'll also work with Sales in defining execution guidelines and metrics to connect the assortments to Retail. You'll facilitate key meetings across the calendar, attend and participate in category meetings and presentations to other departments. In addition, your thorough understanding of the category calendar process and your responsibilities within it should influence and impact the calendar and strategies.
