Description Job Purpose: Ensure that all major CES programs and initiatives are managed effectively and consistently, maximizing their potential for success. Job Background/context: The Global Program Management Head leads the major function of the Chief Administrative Office, responsible for defining and delivering against CES strategies and plans Key Responsibilities:
Lead the program management office (PMO) function in its execution of portfolio/project/program management
Lead product-wide initiatives in support of CAO function,
Manage a global virtual team of professionals, consisting of program management, change management, and communications professionals
Lead the development of PM methodologies and tools. Drive the adoption of tools and methodologies to ensure that major programs are managed effectively
Lead the definition, generation and delivery of project reporting on all major CES programs and initiatives to the CES senior management and Business stakeholders
Perform independent analysis and review for all major programs and initiatives, providing guidance and support to the Senior Leadership
Drive the strategy for the development and strengthening of project management skills and capabilities across the CES product, as a whole
Facilitate large groups in major planning activities such as projecting for next year project / operations slates. Facilitate strategy for cross work group initiatives
Lead the CES communications function that defines and oversees all internal communications to CES and to employees and users regarding the rollout of services. Main interface with Senior Corporate Communications Management
Provide guidance and leadership to the CES senior management, and assistance to work groups in managing change with CES customers
Document processes, procedures, methods and standards for program delivery
Support the establishment of new work groups/initiatives as required
Act as liaison between CES and other Citigroup business units such as HR, CSS, Corporate Communications, Technology, Internal Audit
May exercise control over budget, policy formulation and planning and significant contribution to future strategy
Manages PMO organization to define and implement systems that are aligned with business strategy and goals
Qualifications Knowledge/Experience:
7+ years minimum experience in program management during which s/he applied a structured approach (methodology) to project management, planning, estimating, monitoring and reporting
7+ years minimum experience in successfully managing complex projects which include external suppliers through the full project lifecycle, from conception through rollout and ongoing support
3 years minimum experience in managing people
3 year minimum experience in communication and change management experience
Operations & line management experience desired.

· Experience and ease in interfacing with Senior Management

Qualifications:
· Undergraduate Degree in Management, Commerce or related area
· MBA or equivalent preferable
· Formal Project Management qualification or equivalent management consulting experience
