Position Synopsis
Develop and manage the Quality Assurance practice to monitor and track performance against the AGS service operational processes. The primary function of this position will be to evaluate whether key operaitonal tasks were performed as defined and report results. Position assesses projects to analyze risks and costs. Identifies the method and process deficiencies that may inhibit effectiveness and makes recommendations to the AGS Service Process Improvement practice to implement internal controls and techniques to ensure quality levels are maintained. Ideal candidate should have expereince with Quality Management, Auditing, or other similar function. Must be a self-starter, someone who works well with different organizations and have superior communication skills. Seen as Quality Assurance Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Required Skills:
5-7 years of Process-related experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Works with little direction
Must be a Team Player
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's degree desired
Familiarity with Federal Government Contracts
Familiarity with Networx Ordering Processes
Understanding of SharePoint sites and able to leverage them for process-related tools
