Responsible for development, coordination and execution of field training for BCBU curriculum (Repatha and Corlanor) including Phases 1-3 curriculum and ongoing clinical and skill training. Will also train and facilitate other BCBU products. Individual will work with the BCBU Sales and Marketing teams to evaluate and identify training needs based on strategic plan, and develop and implement training to reflect those needs. Review and assist with developing and updating training modules, field training curriculum, training assessments and role-play scenarios.
Responsible for translating national brand plan and its tactics into training curriculum/content for new hire training and for Semester Meetings. Responsible for MAC review of New Hire training materials in conjunction with marketing. Prepare, coordinate, and facilitate New Hire training with field leadership and guest trainers. Establish training metrics/assessments to measure performance during Phases 1-3. Collaborate with Cross-BU Training Manager team to provide new hire curriculum updates and ideas. Responsible for the development, execution and facilitation of workshops for Semester Meetings and other Field training needs.
Master's degree and 2 years of sales/marketing/training experience
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of sales/marketing/training experience
Associate's Degree and 10 years of sales/marketing/training experience
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of sales/marketing/training experience
4 or more years of biotech or pharmaceutical selling experience.
2 or more years of training experience.
Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and presentation/facilitation skills.
Able to leverage and build cross-matrix relationships.
Demonstrate good organizational and project management skills.
Documented ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales goals.
Demonstrate strong Prolia clinical knowledge, understanding of the PERFORMANCE4 selling model and good business acumen.
Cardiovascular sales background.
