Alutiiq, headquartered in Anchorage, Alaska, with several offices nationwide, is defined as an ANC in accordance with federal regulation 13 CFR 124.3 Our Emergency Management and Law Enforcement Group (EMS/LE) is seeking experienced Help Desk Technicians for the National Guard Bureau Defense Consequence Management Support Center (CoMSUPCEN). Compensation will be based on qualifications and experience. These positions are located in Winchester, KY. A full benefits package will be provided. Primary job responsibilities include, but not limited to: * Receiving, coordinating, and tracking requests for support from CMRFs. * Maintain the system and procedures for requisitioning, processing, tracking, receiving, and issuing equipment. * Ensures requests are successfully completed and closed out * Record technical information provided by the user, define the nature of the problem and for providing steps to resolve the issue. * Hours of operation for the Call Center will be 0700 hours to 1730 hours, Monday through Friday Eastern Standard Time. This may ramp up to 24/7 operations during national emergencies. Required Qualifications: Able to acquire DOD Secret Clearance * 1 year minimum experience * Knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software * Oral and written communication skills normally acquired through completion of high school curriculum We offer an excellent benefits package.
