We have an exciting opportunity for a HIPAA Compliance specialist to establish a HIPAA compliance program for one of our premier clients in the Pittsburgh area. The role of HIPAA Compliance specialist will be responsible for implementing a new compliance program including determining existing gaps in compliance and providing solutions, updating risk analytics and documenting current controls framework, and implementing new controls as needed. The role of HIPAA Compliance specialist will be at least a 6+ month project, with a strong potential for full time hire.
To be considered for the role of HIPAA Compliance specialist, candidates must possess prior experience implementing a HIPAA compliance program. Particular interested in candidates with a strong Risk or Audit background. Candidates for the role of HIPAA Compliance specialist with prior experience in PCI compliance or the COBIT framework will be given first consideration.
