Primary Children's Medical Center is seeking an experienced recruiter to join it's progressive Human Resources Department.
Job Description
The HR hospital recruiter is accountable for coordinating and implementing employment and recruitment activities to ensure that qualified candidates for vacant positions are identified and hired in compliance with corporate policy, government regulations and our Affirmative Action Plan. The position works under the guidance of a Human Resource Employment Manager in collaboration with other HR professionals to provide support and strategic direction to management and employees in the areas of compensation, recruitment, onboarding, retention, benefits, data management, employee relations and organizational development within a specified portfolio.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Institutional accredidation and degree obtainment will be verified upon hire by Intermountain Healthcare
- Knowledge of employment law to include EEO, Affirmative action, OFCCP requirements,
- Work experience utilizing online applicant tracking system(s)
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Work, Powerpoint, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
- Three or more years of hospital HR recruitment experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR
- Experience interviewing, involvement in the selection process, preparing and negotiating offers, and providing ongoing and necessary training to management
