Region Lead/Partners are responsible for leading the regional investment consulting practice in the execution and delivery of consulting materials and advice to institutional clients. They will drive client management, people management and financial managemetn within the regional practice. The are accountable for significant financial success and results of the regional practice.
Responsibilities
Client Delivery o Service Delivery on existing client base, o Develop strategies to improve client satisfaction, o Establishes key relationships in strategic client positions, o Client Management and expansion of service lines to existing clients, o Directs client impact reviews & stewardship sessions, Sales o Develops Go to Market Strategy, o Develops and acts upon cross-practice sales strategies, o Implements strategies to acquire new clients o Partners with CE Leaders to drive the Practice's go to market activities with the sales team Innovation / Strategy o Responsible for Practice Strategy in the region, o Sustains a culture of innovation and thought-leadership, o Recognized nationally as a thought leader, o Introduces new solutions to market, Talent / People Management o Sources or identifies top talent across the industry to strengthen practice's talent pool, Is well aware of talent pool in region practice; monitors and nurtures talent development and differentiates between performance of colleagues MBA and/or CFA preferred. 12 years of related experience in investment consulting working with institutional clients 5 years of experience managing a team/office. A strong understanding of investment concepts and the financial markets. Strong analytical skills. Experienced with PCs and the Microsoft suite of business applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Team player who can work with a variety of individuals. Ability to work independently on a variety of projects, receive instructions from a number of people and meet project deadlines. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Accuracy and attention to ellent oral and written communication skills. Requires substantial travel to service clients
