General Job Description: Serve as a functional financial analyst for Logistics Information Warehouse/Integrated Logistics Analyst Program (ILAP). Provide Army financial expertise for LIW/ILAP software sustainment and new development. Recommend and analyze software change requests to improve capabilities and adapt to changing financial management systems. Ensure quality control, data integrity and data timeliness in ILAP systems worldwide. Analyze various supply and financial data files and databases for ILAP integration. Provide financial functional support for ILAP users. Perform data base queries. Prepare documentation for on-line help and training support. Interface with government sponsors and users to upgrade and maintain product. Advise analytical team on financial data base queries. Provide analytical support. Conduct training for ILAP users.
Specific Qualifications: Five or more years experience with Army financial systems (STANFINS, Funds Control Module, GFEBS). Must have effective knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc).
Desirables: Knowledge of SARSS, ILAP / LIW is a plus. Desirable Certifications: Certified Defense Financial Manager.
Minimum Level of Education: (Other education, commensurate experience and demonstrated ability of individual may be substituted.)
BA/BS from an accredited college/university plus ten years experience. Requires special skills and knowledge associated with Army financial systems/processes. A total of 15 years experience, including special skills and knowledge associated with Army financial systems/processes, may be substituted for the degree requirement.
