Our client is a rapidly growing company that has a fast-paced, yet casual atmosphere. Team work is critical, so representatives work with a support team of dedicated and experienced professionals as well as industry experts on a daily basis. Primary Responsibilities: - Responsible for contacting potential clients via phone or email within a defined territory with the goal of uncovering needs, creating interest, demonstrating Corpedia products and closing new business. - Work in concert with outside sales representatives within defined territory on target accounts and provide direction and support when needed. - Engage and coordinate internal resources for projects as needed. - Forecast monthly and quarterly numbers accurately to sales management. - Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals. - Work with other team members post-sale to ensure project accuracy and customer satisfaction. - Provide superior communication and customer service. - Maintain customer relationships to ensure future business. Personal Qualities: - Team player - Goal Oriented - Outside-the-box thinker - Polished and professional - Passionate about sales - Dependable - Excellent listener - Self motivated and organized - Persistent and assertive - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Skills required include: - 3-5 years of inside and/or outside new business development and sales experience. - College Degree - Phone experience- 60-80 calls/day and 20-40 emails/day. - Solid understanding of technical concepts and web applications. - Able to articulate and demonstrate technical concepts and ideas using the telephone and web based applications. - Experience selling to higher levels within an organization: VP, Director, CEO's, etc. Preferred but not required: - Knowledge of eLearning, learning management systems and online applications. - Familiarity working with customer management software, ie: ACT, Siebel, SalesLogix, Salesforce, etc. - Knowledge of the most common ethics and compliance issues present in the workplace today.
