International Operations Coordinator
o Maintain order file, ensure that Latin accounts receive their orders in full, on time o Distribute current reports every week to each customer o Accept, enter and confirm SMU and seasonal production orders for accounts o Verify and update pricing for all orders o Execute timely ordering, production, customs-compliant shipping and tracking of all sales samples, Catalogs, and Point-of-Sale items to region o Receive and distribute ATS (inventory available to sell) reports to all accounts twice weekly; enter and confirm ATS orders, track compliant shipping o Keep all accounts informed of all product changes from Production and Sales, along with all production schedules and sales order deadlines o Collect and update files of DC inquiries, broken up per country; distribute to accounts as appropriate o Maintain soft- and hard-copy file system of all sales and shipping documentation
