KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE Location: New York City, NY Salary Range: $ 40,000 - $ 50,000 Exempt/Non-Exempt: Exempt Benefits: $ 100.000 - $ 130,000 AT PLAN WHICH INCLUDES BASES Employment Type: Full Time Description: As the Key/Major Account Executive, you will be responsible for uncovering new ?High Volume? color and B&W opportunities in zero-based accounts - that lead to new business. Opportunities will be defined as any account that has 200+ employees in a single location. You will be assigned accounts in Vertical Markets classified as Legal, Manufacturing, Communications, and large Corporate Accounts with Data Centers or Central Reproduction Departments (CRDs), and in turn, you will develop, coordinate, and manage all account sales activity in the assigned territory. Duties: ? Preparing presentations, proposals and providing large-opportunity bid analysis and strategic account development ? Achieving established revenue quota ? Participating in trade shows, high profile bid conferences, chapter meetings and customer training ? Acting as lead and expert on commercial accounts and all specific details of the high-volume program ? Serving as primary interface between accounts and home office operations ? Providing weekly report information determined by management to include reliable forecasts on business activity in assigned territory ? Attending training and associated workshops to increase product knowledge and to stay abreast of company products and pricing as well as familiarity with competitor products and pricing
Qualifications: ? A Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience, including: At least 3 years of previous successful experience calling on corporate accounts and CRD?s/Data Centers ? Advanced knowledge of account management process and of products and technology to support current and future document management solutions ? Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with internal and external customers ? Experience with workflow management and the total solution sales concept
