Responsibilities:
* Planning Hire, develop, and retain a team of Account Managers dedicated to delivering Account Management based services that ensure client satisfaction and results * Establish annual, quarterly and monthly execution plans in coordination with Glassdoor’s business plan * Provide an annual Account Management coverage plan and monthly/quarterly updates and recommend modifications to the current plan * Enhance Client Service practices to ensure optimum coverage by client tier and enable timely recommendations to clients to improve their success on Glassdoor. * Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in our Account Management processes * Execution: * Protect for customer churn and retention of revenue of existing account base * Successfully manage the needs of Employer partners in order to meet the objectives of our overall business plans and strategies * Ensure customer satisfaction as it relates to your team’s efforts * Manage your own group of key accounts * Have intimate knowledge of Glassdoor’s accounts and regularly communicate status to upper management * Serve as the Client Success Managers’ liaison to internal teams to drive client engagement and process improvements * Serve as the escalation point for resolving issues that are escalated by the Account Managers Team Building/LeadershipTeam Building/Mentorship
* Mentor, lead, and scale your team for substantial growth * Recruit, train, coach, and provide ongoing development/continued retention of top performing AMs * Serve as an advocate for Glassdoor’s best practices at external events as required * Consistently achieve a breadth of performance on your team that results in achieving quarterly and annual renewal and churn targets * Contribute to the strategic direction of the Account Management program through leading and participating on internal initiatives
* Required Qualifications: * 5+ years in Sales, Account Management or Sales Renewal * 3+ years in management * Ability to lead teams and manage people * Analytical and process driven – capable of developing the tools and metrics to determine Client Success and then implement these as processes * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong sense of measuring business results including lead flow, conversion rates, cost/lead, etc. * Good knowledge of Salesforce * Strong user of MS Office (particularly Excel and Powerpoint)
