Lead BPM Engineer
Kforce is seeking a Lead Business Process Management (BPM) dev. position, responsible for supporting the organization's BPM Platform and ensuring their performance, availability, and security. The Lead is viewed as an expert in the administration and support of BPM technology. The candidate is expected to communicate common goals and direction for the team and also provide superior technical leadership. The candidate will collaborate with the BPM PM, Business Process Analyst and external BPM Subject Matter Experts to create BPM solutions using IBM WebSphere Lombardi Edition and its interaction with other BPM/integration tools.
Primary Responsibilities: *Coordinate activities related to BPM process design, build, test and deployment * Coordination and provide product support (via pager) for BPM applications on a rotating schedule * Collaborate with the BPM PM, Business Process Analysts, Technical Architects and external SME to build solutions that solve customer problems and deliver business value * Represent the IT org. in project scoping and solution design prior to dev. * Directly contribute to solution dev. in the areas of process flow, business logic, and user interface design * Apply business modeling frameworks such as Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) to solutions * Apply business concepts such as key process indicators, service level agreements, metrics and reporting to solutions * Control the flow of process execution, decision making and exception mgmt. across multiple org. roles and systems/applications * Build an executable process model that communicates enough implementation detail for direct process execution * Proactively monitor BPM process execution and perform performance tuning * Develop integration to other vendor software products leveraged by organization using different integration technologies/techniques * Perform unit, system and performance testing, as appropriate
