Leadership Development Program (LDP):
This is a 24-month rotational program designed for individuals interested in a career in Operations. Through this program, graduates with 5+ years of work experience develop a depth of knowledge and experience within the various business units and functional disciplines at Pratt & Whitney. The Leadership Development Program is an exceptional opportunity for MBA graduates aspiring to become a General Manager in a manufacturing environment. LDP Associates will complete three 8 month rotations to drive for real results & contributions.
During each assignment, the LDP Associate will receive performance appraisals and developmental opportunities. Depending on individual performance, LDP Associates have the opportunity to attain a management-level position upon conclusion of the program.
