Job Description This position supports the Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW) and the Integrated Logistics Analysis Program (ILAP) by providing Army logistics functional expertise. Applicant will serve as a functional supply, distribution management and ammunition subject matter expert in support of LIW Integration and related efforts. Tasks include: . Providing Army logistics functional support for software development . Providing functional expertise related to emerging ERP instances, such as Global Combat Support System- Army (GCSS-Army), Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), and Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP) . Recommending and analyzing software change requests to improve capabilities and to adapt to changing standard information management systems . Analyzing various supply data files and databases to support integration developers. . Performing database queries and analysis . Interfacing with government sponsors and users to integrate new data sources . Providing functional assistance and training for ILAP users as needed This position requires expert level knowledge of Army logistics operations and data sources.
Specific Qualifications: . Be familiar with MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Access. . Be able to use and analyze raw logistics data from various media. . Have ability to write basic queries in standard Structured Query Language (SQL). . Have thorough knowledge of Standard Army Retail Supply System (SARSS). . Demonstrate working knowledge of the Army's Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW)/Integrated Logistics Analysis Program (ILAP)
Desirables: Current secret clearance. Familiarity with . Oracle BIEE and TOAD. . Knowledge of Army maintenance, property book, ammunition, finance standard information systems (e.g. SAMS, PBUS-E, NLAC, TAMMIS, FCM, STANFINS, GFEBS, GCSS-A).
Desirable Certifications: . Army MOS 92A or similar
Minimum Level of Education: (Other education, commensurate experience and demonstrated ability of individual may be substituted.)
Minimum level of education: BA/BS from an accredited college or university and 10 years of relevant experience. An additional 5 year's experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree requirement.
