Loan Specialist - Mortgage Collections
HLP Solutions has partnered up with one of our leading, fast growing clients is in need of qualified candidates to fill several early and late state collection positions in the Oklahoma City Area. The ideal candidate will have collections and/or customer service experience and a stable job history. Education verification required.
Description:
The Loan Specialist position will be responsible for collecting on past due accounts. Candidate will review accounts and use independent decision making skills to determine the best course of action to correct accounts current or minimize loss. Additional duties will include answering inbound calls, account reviews from assigned lists, and assisting the support of letter generation.
Required Skills:
-Candidate must have previous customer service, telemarketing or collections experience.
-Inbound/Outbound phone experience is preferred, along with ability to type 30 wpm.
-Organizational and time management skills, promptness, inquisitiveness and logical decision making.
-High school diploma required; some college preferred.
-Shifts vary by days and hours; must be flexible to work as needed.
-Pay Range: $25,000 to $28,000 depending on shift, education and experience.
-Great bonus and benefits upon full time hire.
