Key Role:
Serve as a military sustainment analyst and planner for the Brigade Modernization Command (BMC), at Fort Bliss, TX. Conduct required staffing functions, including writing whitepapers, memorandums, and operations orders and developing slide presentations. Conduct the military decision making process (MDMP) for the G4 multifunctional logistics-related problems. Develop major Army directed Brigade and above level exercise planning documents, including sustainment portions of Divisional level Concept of Sustainment, Warning Orders, Operations Orders such as Paragraph 4 - Sustainment, and Annex F Sustainment with supporting appendices and tabs, sustainment-related fragmentary orders, and Divisional level Annual Campaign Plans and Mission Guidance. Plan, prepare, execute, and facilitate high-level, multi-organizational sustainment exercise planning, integration, and synchronization forums. Provide multifunctional logistics expertise to Division level G4 Staff and logistics planning expertise to Division level G3 and other Staff. This position is located in El Paso, TX.
Basic Qualifications:
-Experience as a multifunctional logistician in Brigade and above organizations
-Experience as a Brigade Support Battalion Staff
-Knowledge of logistics, including maintenance, supply, transportation, and resource management, strategies, policies, procedures, and processes
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project.
-Secret clearance
-MA or MS degree
-Military Education Level (MEL) IV

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience as a Brigade Support Battalion Support Officer
-Experience as a Brigade Support Battalion Commander
-Experience as a Brigade or greater multifunctional logistics organization Support Officer, Operations Officer, Executive Officer, Chief of Staff, or Deputy Commander
-Experience as a Commander in a Brigade or greater multifunctional logistics organization
-Experience as an Installation Director or Logistics Plans and Operations Officer
