Key Role: Support USSOCOM programs as the technical expert in all elements of integrated logistics support (ILS). Assist USSOCOM with all logistics-related matters, including product and system life-cycle management plans by developing concepts, strategies, processes, and procedures to execute ILS in the acquisition and sustainment phases. Coordinate with government program management on acquisition baselines, project plans, schedules, product performance requirements, and budgets to ensure SOW and contract data requirements lists communicate tasks and deliverable products needed. Coordinate with headquarters logistics staff and functional integrated product teams, including government, system integrator, and supplier personnel to ensure program requirements are technically achievable, economically achievable, and measurable with respect to operational suitability, testability, and supportability. This position is located in Tampa, FL. Basic Qualifications: -5 years of experience in developing, managing, or implementing USSOCOM or MILDEP acquisition or support contracts producing weapons systems and support, or providing logistics services for fielded equipment -Experience with logistics, including maintenance, inventory management, supply chain management, distribution, or logistics information systems -Experience as a member of integrated product teams used in the acquisition or sustainment ofweapons systems, components, and associated training, support, and test equipment -Knowledge of rapid acquisition processes and the US Special Forces operational processes -Knowledge of ILS elements, including maintenance, supply, technical data, training, manpower, facilities, design interface, computer resources, support and test equipment, packaging, handling, storage, transportation, and configuration management -Ability to obtain a security clearance -BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications: -Experience with USSOCOM or SOF, including C4 -Experience with acquisition logistics -Secret clearance preferred -BA or BS degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or Applied Mathematics preferred -Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level I or II certification
