Description: Candidate will be responsible for test equipment accountability, control, shipping, pick-up & delivery to and from end users (customers). Responsible for communicating with customers on the status and recall of their test equipment and related accessories. Coordinating the pick-up/deliveries and all related processing of equipment accountability and paperwork. Responsible for managing workload based on Coordinator Performance reports and achieving all performance metrics. Responsible for locating equipment in staging area prior to delivery.
Requirements: High school diploma. Technical knowledge in electronics is a plus. An Associate's Degree in Electronics is a plus. Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience in the supply & logistics fields. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and must have a valid driver's license. Position will require the ability to multi-task and manage several taskings at once. Good communication skills -- both verbal and written -- will be essential to interface with both internal and external customers. The candidate must be able to work independently, be resourceful, flexible and a team player. A high degree of computer proficiency with experience in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Inventory/Supply Systems is also needed. Strong commitment to a team environment. Position requires a current TS/SCI. Applicants without this clearance will not be considered for this position.
