Requirements:
Alutiiq is a wholly owned subsidiary of Afognak Native Corporation, an Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) formed under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act of 1971. Alutiiq, headquartered in Anchorage, Alaska, with several offices nationwide, is defined as an ANC in accordance with federal regulation 13 CFR 124.3
Our Emergency Management and Law Enforcement Group (EMS/LE) is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for the National Guard Bureau Defense Consequence Management Support Center (CoMSUPCEN). Compensation will be based on qualifications and experience. These positions are located in Winchester, KY. A full benefits package will be provided.
Primary job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Track and manage maintenance requests/work orders.
* Ensure that all equipment is calibrated and ready for deployment.
* Maintenance management of equipment, including identification, reporting, documentation, and resolution of equipment problems via the most effective and efficient method.
* Track all maintenance requirements for each piece of equipment by serial number and follow up to ensure maintenance is accomplished (e.g., yearly certifications, etc.).
* Provide technical advice and assistance to NGB for serviced equipment and associated end items.
* Implement NGB-directed configuration management for assigned systems and equipment, and prepare repair parts lists, special tool lists, maintenance allocation charts, maintenance work requirements, manuals, guides, and other required documentation as required.
Required Qualifications:
* Able to acquire DOD Secret Clearance
* US Citizenship
* Two (2) years of experience performing equipment/vehicle maintenance
* Ability to physically perform lifting
* Work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays if required.
* One year experience in maintaining CBRNE or Safety equipment desired.
