Mosaic, one of North Americas' largest and most successful field marketing companies and licensed talent agencies, is currently seeking an outstanding individual for the position of Manager, Client Services. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Client Services, this individual will take ownership in developing and supporting a positive relationship with our client. The successful candidate for this position will have proven leadership skills and the ability to lead a team.
The Client Services Manager will be responsible for quickly establishing themselves and the in-house Brand team as the "trusted experts" and main conduit between Mosaic, the client, and their assigned retailer partners. The result will be driving sales of our client's products at retail and growing their business relationship with Mosaic.
Consistent and productive two way communication with the internal Mosaic account team is fundamentally important to the success of this role. Ensuring client deliverable timelines are met by working with and through the Mosaic team is critical.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth with existing clients and secure new accounts - focus on increasing sales and growing margin by maximizing all revenue opportunities
- Client relationship development; Brand expert
- Provide extensive, insightful analysis of sales and store-level conditions and provide recommendations as to the clients business and product performance for assigned national and/or regional retailers
- Client relationship building; based in mutual trust and respect to enable collaborative planning, excellent two-way communication, and realistic expectations
- Coordinate all new initiatives, integrates themselves into the business, attends all relevant meetings and works on further developing the relationship with external client teams
- Handle the coordination and execution of all client-specific initiatives, coordinates client-specific reporting, etc
- Communicate confidently and concisely with executive-level contacts within Mosaic, Entertainment, Electronics or Technology client, and assigned retailers providing recommendations based on solid research and analysis
- Work collaboratively with the client account team to develop account plans and strategies
- Responsible for all client service issues
- Respond to and resolve issues in a timely way, balancing customer satisfaction, quality and relevance
- Manage the communication of client expectations throughout entire Account Team
- Participate in or lead new business development activity such as developing proposals
