Mosaic one of North America's largest and most successful field marketing agencies, is currently seeking a highly-driven marketing professional for the position of Client Services Manager for our Microsoft client. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for quickly establishing themselves as the "trusted expert", direct owner and serve as the main conduit between Mosaic and our client.
Reporting to the Director of Client Services, this individual will be responsible for developing and supporting a positive relationship between the internal Mosaic team and the external client teams. The result will be driving sales of our clients' products at retail and growing their business relationship with Mosaic.

The position location is Redmond, Washington and will operate out of clients' main office.
Primary Responsibilities
- Directly manage all in-store field marketing activity for Microsoft Windows and Office product categories
- Clarify client expectations for Mosaic leadership team and continually validate that Mosaic is meeting and exceeding outlined expectations
- Drive revenue growth by securing new business within existing client relationship
- Directly manage execution for both field and operational initiatives for Microsoft in the U.S.
- Provide strategic direction and insightful analysis of sales and store-level conditions
- Provide recommendations regarding retail strategies and product performance
- Attend all relevant meetings and work on further developing the relationship with Mosaic's retail partner and respective clients
- Actively manage the communication and relationships between Mosaic and Microsoft
- Manage execution of all client-specific initiatives working cross-departmentally within Mosaic
- Collaborate with Mosaic account leadership team to provide actionable strategy recommendations to drive sales in the most efficient and cost effective manner
- Manage and maintain a various level and number of direct reports
