Major Job Duties Include: *Manage the implementation of the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) with internal clients in indirect (non-manufacturing) areas for North American business units and sites. *Facilitate multiple process improvement team activities including workshops, measurement, maturity self-assessment and development of standards; direct multiple projects from start to finish in order to achieve measurable results and operational impact. *Coach management and process improvement teams to ensure achievement of Bosch CIP Maturity Level targets. *Guide the internal CIP network as a subject matter expert in various business improvement tools and processes, including value stream design and management.
Minimum Requirements include: *Bachelors degree in organizational development, management or other *Proven experience leading teams and facilitating workshops; 3-5 years of relevant work experience with 6+ years of professional experience. *Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills; proven ability to consult with and influence leadership and team members using data and solid reasoning. *Strong project management skills; experience developing and supporting management of projects with measurable results and operational impact. *Available for job-related travel (25% expected). *Knowledge and experience in working with improvement systems and tools.
Desired: *Knowledge of Bosch guided process of continuous improvement (CIP) and/or Bosch Production System (BPS) or equivalent/similar systems; Knowledge of lean management tools (value stream mapping, etc.) and their application in indirect (non-manufacturing) areas. *Training, certification or extensive experience in facilitation of work groups.
