Manager, Information Technology Recruiting Services (Houston, TX)
With minimal supervision and requiring independent judgment and decision making, plans, directs and coordinates the delivery of recruiting services that positively impact our clients' businesses and result in retention and growth. Develops, coaches, mentors and leads team members for sustained individual and team performance. Identifies, develops, recommends and implements process improvements that result in improved efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities: * Manages and implements the company recruiting programs in order to maintain the organization’sbusiness objectives. * Establishes and maintains industry best practices for recruiting programs. Examines and analyzes data to forecast future recruiting needs. * Manages recruiting metrics and measures the success of both corporate and client recruiting programs. * Maintains data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations. * Plans and directs activities of staff in carrying out such functions as developing sources of qualified applicants, screening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews, administering tests, checking references and background, and evaluating applicant qualifications. * Sets performance goals and objectives to drive individual and team performance and reviews staff performance; provides regular constructive performance feedback and prepares annual performance reviews; responsible for interviewing and selection process for team; and conducts formal and informal coaching and counseling. * Develops and maintains contacts with educational institutions, employment agencies, placement firms, and other sources of applicants. Requirements
Required Qualifications: * Four year undergraduate degree required. Advanced degree preferred. * Ten to twelve years of experience in a related field required with three to five years prior management experience strongly preferred.
