Manager, Marketing Analytics - This position is located in Mason, OH.
Overview:
The Marketing Analytics Manager is responsible for the full life cycle of campaign design, customer selection and results analysis for Macy's loyalty marketing. Managers integrate CRM tools, campaign and project management, data analytics, and monthly/quarterly presentations to management using standard CRM tools. Must work collaboratively in cross-functional teams with managers in Marketing, other divisions, and other business partners.
Key Accountabilities:
Direct marketing analysis and production from Unica/SQL/Business Objects to support Loyalty marketing. Tasks include prioritizing work, meeting production deadlines, quality control, and process improvement.
Improve marketing effectiveness analysis of campaigns. This includes segmentation analysis using SQL-based software, SAS and other database analysis tools.
Partner with other teams for CRM campaign development and presentation of results and recommendations.
Lead user requirements, implementation testing, and production integration of CIM systems enhancements
Perform ad hoc analysis and reports using SAS, SQL and other CRM tools to support loyalty and portfolio analysis to support marketing and other business areas
Skills Summary :
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Marketing and Analytical disciplines preferred.
Familiarity with the financial services and retail industry preferred
Must have proven track record demonstrating leadership, creativity and logical approaches to problem-solving in a team environment
Demonstrated project management skills in a matrix environment
Experience with project audit, quality assurance and project documentation
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills especially using PowerPoint & Excel
Experience using CRM & database applications for direct marketing or relevant classwork
Experience working in a direct marketing environment especially with mail shops required
Proven ability to work in high-pressure environment with adherence to strict timelines, quality, and audit standards required
Ability to effectively interact with, present information to and respond to questions from all levels of executives and vendor representatives required
Excellent working knowledge of Powerpoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel
