Job Description : Manage, direct and train an efficient workforce that plans, orders and controls the inventory for parts in one or more product groups according to IMS procedures and job instructions. Coordinate and facilitate activities within supply chain and with other internal and external customers. Provide leadership through actions and activities supporting departmental goals. Job Requirements : BA/BS in Supply Chain Management or related field. 8+ years experience in Supply Chain Management or inventory planning and APICS certification. Ability to develop and mentor associates. Experience using Manugistics/JDA or SAP software and a systems support role or systems implementation preferred. Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Strong leadership and communication skills. Interest in process improvement technology in Supply Chain Management or inventory planning. German language skilles desirable and faciltation skills are essential.
