Manager, Project Management
Assist the Operations manager in managing costs, schedules, and performance of the Unmanned Systems Sustainment Center (USSC) Sierra Vista, AZ Depot, Operations group. Will assist directing all phases of the Depot and Production organization. Will assist in the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, specifications, and operating budgets. Acts as a customer contact for Depot and Production activities, assisting in program review sessions and schedule performance. Assists in developing new business or expands the product lines. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies problems and obtains solutions. Assist in directing the work of the Operations group from the Depot to production and administrative areas. Will assist in ensuring that customer service and time objectives of the contract are achieved. Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of site processes Integrates learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree; plus a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications: • Commercial and/or Military depot experience
• Experience with Unmanned Aircraft Systems a plus
• Experience in lean manufacturing, goods movement, tool control and FOD management
• Understanding of management utilizing EVMS methodologies and schedules
• High proficiency working with Microsoft Office products to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Projects
